Set up 'my page'

  1. Access the "My Page" section: Once you're logged into your BIMINDI dashboard, navigate to the "My Page" section. This is where you can update the information that will be displayed on your public page.
  2. Update your public-facing information: In the "My Page" section, you'll find fields to enter the following details:
    • Username: Choose a username that will be used to create your unique BIMINDI URL (username.bimindi.com). It's a great way to personalize your page and make it easily shareable.
    • Name: Displayed prominently on your page, your name helps seekers recognize you and builds trust in your expertise.
    • Currency: Choose your preferred currency for pricing your feedback services. Currently supported currencies are CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, NZD, AUD. Notice that once you create your first feedback channel you won't be able to change it. If for any reason you need to do this change, please contact support@bimindi.com.
    • Language: Choose your preferred language. Here, you'll see a list of available languages. Click the dropdown menu to reveal the options and select your preferred language from the list. This will be the language of your public page and the language of the feedback channels you will create.
    • Photo: Upload a professional and friendly photo of yourself. A picture can leave a lasting impression and make your page more approachable.
    • About Me: Provide a concise bio that highlights your experience and expertise. A couple of sentences are often more effective than lengthy descriptions of your entire career path.
    • Main Feedback Topics: Select up to three main feedback topics that best represent your areas of expertise. This helps seekers understand the specific areas in which you can provide valuable insights.
    • Social Network profiles: You can include your social network profiles, such as LinkedIn or Twitter. This will generate the links that will be displayed on your public page, allowing seekers to connect with you easily.
  3. Save your changes: Once you have entered the necessary information, save your changes to publish or update your public page.
