How to set up your account for payouts

To process payouts, Bimindi uses Stripe, a trusted payment platform. If you're new to Stripe, you can find more information in Stripe's Help Center.

Before setting up your account for payouts, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• You must be over 18 years old.
• You must have a bank account.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Access the Payouts Setup: Go to the payouts page on Bimindi, and you will find a "Payouts Setup" button. Click on this button to proceed.
2. Configuring Stripe for Bimindi: By clicking the "Payouts Setup" button, you will be redirected to the Bimindi Stripe page. Here, you can configure your Stripe account specifically for Bimindi.
3. Login or Create a Stripe Account: Use your existing email to login or create a new Stripe account. The email you use will be linked to your Bimindi account for payouts.
4. Select Your Location and Account Type: On the basics page, choose your location and the type of account based on your country's requirements. In some countries, having a business license is necessary to receive payments. Stripe will prompt you to specify the type of business.
5. Verify Your Personal Details: Provide your personal details for billing purposes.
6. Select an Account for Payouts: Choose your preferred currency and enter your bank account details for direct withdrawals.
7. Add Public Details: This step allows you to provide additional information that will appear in your bank account extracts and payment statements.
8. Review and Finish Up: Take a moment to review the information you provided. If desired, you can add more optional professional details such as your tax number, industry, website, and product description.

Once you have completed these steps, you will be redirected back to your payouts page in Bimindi.
